Never use your institutional email account, as it may be monitored and can easily be traced back to you. Avoid Gmail and other major email providers, which have extensive data collection practices. If your security is paramount, use only end-to-end encrypted methods for digital communications.

Consider using ProtonMail, which provides end-to-end encryption between ProtonMail users. To ensure your communication with us is fully encrypted, email us only from a ProtonMail account. After creating an account, you can reach us here.

A note on security
No digital communications are 100% secure. As a best practice, assume that organizations monitor all activity on their computers and networks. While the channels listed above are designed to significantly enhance your security, remain vigilant and take additional precautions if you have concerns about your safety.
